We all know that Halloween isn't going to be the same this year — especially when many trick-or-treat activities are canceled.
It's understandable that some people don't feel comfortable doing the usual trick-or-treat tradition. So, this mom came up with a genius way for her kids to still enjoy Halloween in the safety of their own home.
But she still wanted her kids to be safe while trick-or-treating. Therefore she came up with a fun "ghost hunt" they can do instead.
All you have to do is wrap some candy, or other treats like apples, in white tissue paper and tie them with ribbon. Then, you can draw a face to make them look like a ghost.
It's kinda like a take on an Easter egg hunt. It's still really fun but super safe of course.
And, best of all, they can still dress up and wear their costumes while hunting for ghosts. Am I right or what?
This mom didn't want to hand out candy to kids, so she wrapped apples in the tissue paper instead.
This little fairy is ready to get some sweet Halloween goodies. It's so cool that parents are still coming up with great ideas for the kids to be able to partake in Halloween activities safely.
That way the kids will still feel like they're out and about. And in addition to wrapping the candy in tissue paper, you can also add glow sticks to make the treats glow in the dark.
You can also decorate your house to look like a hunted house. This will make the kids that much more excited to go outside to search for their favorite treats.
I know it may not be ideal but it's way better than just giving up on Halloween altogether. Don't you agree with me? I think the little ones will still be able to enjoy that a lot.
