Bride Orders Wedding Dresses From Wish To See If They Live Up To Their Photos

Brides, you know the struggle of trying to find the perfect dress. Prices are high, styles are limited, and trying on dresses can suck so much.

Have you have considered ordering your dress online? Have you ever considered ordering your dress from Wish? While I can't recommend it, I can absolutely recommend watching other brides do it. Let's check it out.

Meet Shannon.

Here is she is posing in a dress from a wedding boutique, which is where most of us would go for our dresses.

After she got engaged, Shannon decided to try out some wedding dresses from Wish. Just for fun.

All of the dresses she tried on were under $40.

In case you didn't know, Wish is an app where you can buy... basically anything, really. However, it's a gamble, since multiple stores use the same stolen images and often send you "recreations" of those images.

Here's what the first dress was meant to look like.

So, very Zendaya at the Met Gala vibes, right? This dress using a stolen image was available for $30, and came in a pretty decent range of sizes. Let's see what it really looked like.

Yeah, that's a big no.

"The fabric itself is so itchy. I feel like my skin is getting irritated, it's so scratchy," Shannon said. The dip in the neckline was way too high, and the "sparkle" was actually silver foil.

The next dress was actually much closer to the image... at first.

As you can see, this dress had a lot of the featured elements: the sweetheart neckline, the off-the-shoulder sleeves, and the ivory fabric. However, things got a little dicey when Shannon showed us the full view of the dress.

"I can see my g-string."

While filming, Shannon discovered that everything below the bodice was totally unlined, and thus totally see-through. She could see her own underwear. OOPS. The fabric itself was nice, though, and she said it was pretty high-quality.

This dress wound up looking like a nightgown, tbh.

I don't know why, but this reminds me of bridal lingerie more than it does an actual wedding dress. There's no give, no extra fabric, and the straps are flimsy as hell!

This dress was a miss.

"I look like I'm about to go get married in Vegas, but in a bad way. Like in the Hollywood movies, but not in a cute way."

Yup, this is a drunk in Vegas wedding dress, not a classy Vegas wedding dress.

However, there was one winner!

This stunning little boho-style dress was actually a score. It was comfortable, fit well, was made of good quality material, and wasn't too short!

Shannon loved this one. Thank goodness, because this list needed a win!
