14+ Teachers Who Made The Wrong Call

Being a teacher can be constantly demanding and tricky work, and sometimes teachers can make a mistake or two under this constant pressure!

With this in mind, here are some funny examples of teachers who made the wrong call...

"This Teacher Knows..."

I mean, if I'm honest, I think that this teacher may actually be telegraphing his own insecurities with this strange warning!

"Remote teaching has been a nightmare for us teachers too. Here's our Halloween outfit!"

Anyone whose job doesn't require the use of online meetings will just be baffled by this! I can't imagine having to teach children over Zoom, that sounds like an actual living hell.

"Awesome homemade gift for teachers."

I think that a hollowed out apple may have had a slightly better effect in this instance, and made it seem less needlessly rude.

"I told my students that if almost all of them did an online test they could choose my facial hair."

Okay, so it might be a little better than the pi beard but...actually, is it better? I'm really struggling to work out which is worse.

"The teacher texted me and told me to wake her up."

Oh, but you can tell by the fact that she is even holding the paper still that she clearly had every intention of doing work! That's got to count for something right?

"The graphics teacher in college knows what's going on."

Actually, I think that this is wildly unfair! 8-year-old girls' poems about unicorns aren't even an acceptable time for Comic Sans, they deserve more respect than that!

"Friend of mine's math teacher responds to a doodle he drew on his test."

I'd say that from this doodle, it isn't looking very good for this teacher's students...regardless of how humorous it is.

"A Russian elementary school class was instructed to create a cannon for father's day."

"Excuse me, why aren't you demonstrating the student's display for the school review board?"

"Well, headmaster, I really don't think that would be a good idea..."

Study Hard!

I'd be a little concerned about number five! A lot of students see their teachers as their nemeses!

"My sister teaches online so her class dressed up as a calendar for Halloween!"

I'm sure that this really made teaching the class a lot easier! It's a genius idea in terms of both creativity and disrupting work flow!

"Someone decided it would be funny to draw a penis on my homework. I had to turn it in regardless. This is how my teacher returned it to me."

Sure, it's not a bad flower, a little vascular perhaps — however, now this teacher is going to be inundated with phalluses that students are waiting to see what this teacher turns them into!

"My friend is a 3rd grade teacher. He made a student write an apology letter to another student. Sounds like some fightin' words."

Yeah, I think that the teacher should probably have checked what they were writing and made it a little clearer that it wasn't meant to be a threat.

"My English teacher put this on the clock during finals. How clever..."

What? Why would any teacher ever think that this is a good idea? I always used to check the clock during exams so, you know, I could see how much time I had left!

"English teacher friend's instructions for 7th graders writing their first papers."

I feel like at this point the temptation would be too great to send it in written in "Jokerman" just to see if they have the courage of their convictions.

"My friend teaches 3rd grade. This kid has a bad case of the Mondays."

"So, about your work Johnny..."

"Was it wrong?"

"Well, not exactly, but..."

"But nothing Ms Sandra. But nothing!"

"A friend of mine is a teacher and one of her kids relabelled her hand sanitizer."

One person said that sometimes the sting is enjoyable as it makes you feel alive, and weirdly, I can kind of understand what they mean by that.

"One of my 4th graders renamed himself 'reconnecting...' on Zoom and pretended that he was having internet issues to avoid participating in our lesson."

I know that we are all looking forward to returning to normality post-lockdowns, but I think that few people must be looking forward to it more so than teachers.

"A 4-year-old at my school just told me they liked my minion costume. These are just my clothes."

Look, if you're going to go out wearing a yellow striped shirt and bloody dungarees then you deserve every comment that you get, just saying!

"A teacher needs to be fired."

Aha, and there it is! The aforementioned Jokerman font! I used to love this font, it truly is garish beyond belief!

"My math teacher takes pi day (and facial hair) seriously."

Wow, with or without the facial hair in the shape of a mathematical symbol, this guy looks like such a quintessential math teacher, right?
