That said, it's hard not to feel grateful for the little ones' size when they decide they're fed up and bite us.

And since our conversation will either be engaging enough to pass the time or awkward enough to make wandering through Target with her seem like the better option, we're doing our part either way.

It also probably helps keep us from screaming at the stupid things when they make some bizarre error if we picture them excitedly shouting "I did it!" every time they mess something up.

That said, I'm kind of surprised that ducklings who were this resourceful weren't also able to find a nice human mask so they don't totally give the game away.
