Mom On TikTok Accidentally Sends Daughter In NSFW Shirt For Photo Day

Many parents right now are so busy and burnt out that they can't concentrate on much. With a global pandemic upon us and the number of coronavirus-positive cases going right back up with the fall wave, it's making everyone feel like we're back in the spring and back in that "I can barely see straight" mentality. For parents with young kids, it's rough.

Working parents who are trying to do it all are definitely feeling the burnout.

For parents who work in the medical community, it's even harder to balance the extra hours amid COVID-19 with being at home with our families and maintaining some sense of normalcy.

When parents make mistakes, we have to just chalk it up to being "part of the times."

Look, it's human nature to make small mistakes. But, it's even more common that everyone is going to make a few errors right now. It's a pandemic, baby, anything goes!

Recently, one mom of four went viral for a little mistake that she made with her daughter.

Twenty-nine-year-old mom Paige Ward made a hilarious mistake when it came to school picture day for one of her four children. The picture, which is an innocent mistake, turned into an NSFW joke.

Paige is a mom who is working extra overtime hours during the pandemic.

The mother, who works at an urgent care clinic, had just gotten off of a 60-hour work shift when she got up to drive her daughter, Emma, to school.

She was exhausted and decided to put her daughter in a hilarious t-shirt.

Paige told BuzzFeed News that Emma has a big personality. She purchased her daughter a shirt that said "sasshole" and thought it was so fitting. That morning, Paige just threw the t-shirt on Emma since it was the "first thing she saw."

When they got to school, Paige's fiancé saw that there was camera equipment outside.

However, Paige said she didn't remember getting a notice about picture day and didn't think that it was that day. Unfortunately, it was, and two days later Emma came home with her school pictures.

The pictures came out pretty NSFW due to the "sasshole" t-shirt.

The mom, who shared the hilarious photo on her TikTok page, showed that the "s" got cut off in the beginning and it turned into an NSFW joke.

Yup, there's no denying it.

It definitely looks like her shirt says "asshole." Whoops! My only question is, didn't the photographer notice when they were taking the photo? Maybe they are the ones to blame for all this (kidding!).

While some moms would have been angry at themselves or felt badly over the situation, Paige said she couldn't stop laughing.

"But the entire time I was dying laughing because it just fits Emma’s personality and 2020 so well," she said.

If it's worth anything, Emma looks pretty happy in those photos!

Well, at least one of the poses turned out okay!

I'm going to guess that this is the one that will be sent to Grandma at Christmastime. Thank goodness for the classic side-profile shot, am I right?

It didn't take long for Paige's hilarious mistake to go viral on TikTok.

Her video has over 500,000 likes and 9,000 comments. Many of those comments came from parents who related to Paige's struggle since most parents have done something like this at least once in their lives.

However, there were a few comments that were critical of Paige.

She decided to reply to these comments in a few follow-up TikTok videos.

One person asked why Paige would even buy her daughter a shirt that says "sasshole" in the first place.

"You ever HAD. A. TODDLER?! Of course it’s a thing," Paige wrote in the caption of the video in response to the question.

Another person wondered if the shirt was appropriate for school at all.

"Who sends their kid to school with a shirt like that no matter what day it is?" another TikTok user asked.

To that, Paige simply posted a video of herself dancing as a response, so it's safe to say the critical comments don't bother her at all.

Overall though, people on TikTok loved this mom's story and even came up with hilarious jokes about it.

Paige said that even Emma's teacher thought it was funny, and it just goes to show every mom that even when you feel like you've failed, there's always a bright side to life.
