Simple Sandwich Bag Hack Clears Frost From Your Windshield In No Time

Ah, winter. You've got to love the season no matter how cold it gets. But I think we all would enjoy it a lot more if we could get the dang ice off of our car's windshield more easily. Am I right or what?

Well, as it turns out, there's a brilliant hack for that. You've got to see it to believe it.

Isn't it annoying when you get up in the morning and realize there's frost on your car?

You're already running late, and now you're going to have to scrape all that stuff off before you can drive. It's a bad start to the day, if I say so myself.

There has to be a better way to do this.

I bet this is running through your head every time it happens to you. Did I guess, right? If that's the case, then you're going to flip over this simple and easy hack.

Believe it or not, but people are filling up plastic sandwich bags with warm water.

Then, they take the bag and rub it slowly on their windshield to melt off the ice. And the best part of the whole thing is that it works!

Check it out. Doesn't this look simple enough?

I mean, it makes perfect sense why this trick would work. Warm water will, in turn, warm up the ice, and as the ice melts, it will just fall off your windshield.

OMG, is this cool or what?

Why didn't I think of that earlier? Imagine how much time, effort, and sanity you could have saved over the years if you only did this, to begin with, huh? I bet it's a lot.

If you ever tried to take the ice off your windshield, you know how much pain it can be.

Some of us have tried a lot of unorthodox ways to do so, and I've got to admit some of those ways are pretty hilarious.

Now you don't have to resort to any of that.

This simple hack will save you lots of time in the morning. Whether you're going to work or just running late to run errands, this trick will work like a charm.

One thing I do need to point out, please make sure you warm up your car before you attempt this.

An ice-cold windshield will not react well to the warm water in the sandwich bag. Warm up your car first and then use this hack to remove those last stubborn areas. This will prevent your windshield from any possible cracking. It might go without saying but better be safe than sorry. Am I right?

So have you heard of this hack? Do you think it's worth trying out?

I say anything that saves me time in the morning is worth a shot. I love simple tricks like that, especially when they don't cost a lot.
