Darius Rucker Paid For Everyone's Breakfast At 'Full' IHOP Restaurant

Darius Rucker is making me wanna ROCK LIKE A WAGON WHEEL with the story I'm about to tell y'all. I mean seriously, I want to just Hootie from the high heavens about this amazing news. HONESTLY YOU GUYS, I can't wait to share this story with you all Southern Style.

There's no denying the world needs more feel-good stories these days. Every day it seems like there's more and more bad news and I, for one, can't take it anymore!

So when I heard that one of my favorite musicians did something SO SWEET recently, I couldn't wait to share it with you all!

There are few things I enjoy more than going out for breakfast.

I love having someone else cook for me period, but I love the experience of waking up early and meeting up with friends for a good cup of coffee and some perfectly cooked eggs!

One of the places I love going to the most is IHOP because let's be real, who doesn't love pancakes?!

You know who else loves IHOP? Country king, Darius Rucker!

Known for his time in the band Hootie & The Blowfish, Darius has gone on to have an impressive solo career with hit songs like "Southern Style" and "Wagon Wheel."

Now, the singer is making headlines for picking up the tab at a Mt. Pleasant IHOP earlier this week!

According to *People* the 54-year-old not only paid for the everyone's meals, but left a generous tip as well!

"It was a full restaurant, there were a lot of people. I added it up and he paid," general manager Stephen Vitale told CBS Affiliate WCSC-TV of the experience.

"It caused a lot of excitement," he added. "We know him because he does come in quite often and we consider him a regular."

It also sounds like Darius wanted to keep his visit under the radar, wearing a face mask the whole time he wasn't eating.

Generous and follows proper COVID-19 protocols? What's not to love?!

Naturally, fans on social media couldn't help but praise the beloved musician.

I'm loving this "trend" of celebrities being EXTRA generous to restaurant employees — it should always be like this!

Thank you Darius for giving me a lovely news story to share today!
