Who here has heard of VHS tapes? Okay, good. Now that we have established this let me ask you this: Do you still own some?
If you do, don't throw them away just yet. Instead, I have the most creative project for you to consider. This lady turned her old VHS tapes into something so cool you really ought to see it.
If you can believe it, she actually used old VHS tape covers to up-cycle an old coffee table. OMG, have you ever heard of anyone doing that?
Isn't that the most intriguing idea you have heard of lately? It is to me. I would never have thought of doing that. And she used Disney related covers and other scraps to transform this old table.
Can you imagine that? I thought maybe someday they could be worth something, and I've kept them all. Perhaps I should use them up like this too, huh?
Okay, let's see. How many of these VHS tapes do I have? Oh shucks, I only have Mulan and The Lion King from this collection. But I do have plenty of others, hee, hee!
Should I do something like this too? Or should I just keep them for a little bit longer? I have to admit I'm on the fence. I really love this original and unique idea of an upcycled coffee table.
It's no wonder since it's so different from other DIY projects I have seen people do. I wonder where she got the inspiration for this?
I'm guessing it was some kind of Mod Podge. I bet it was quite time-consuming but definitely worth the effort in the end. It looks so fun. I bet all the kids would love it.
I'm with them on that. It would be such a great conversation piece to have in the house.
