Well, that could be a mistake. This home inspector recently shared some of his "red flags" when it comes to newly renovated homes. You should definitely pay attention to this and take some notes.
In fact, he can easily spot what he calls "red flags" when he visits houses on the market. I think his tips are so valuable.

So I'm going to share a few of his tips with you. One of the things he sees in newly flipped houses is vinyl flooring that resembles weathered wood. It seems that everyone is installing it in the kitchen these days.
It's just a cheap solution that makes the place look decent, but homebuyers should take note if they see it. It's not the most durable flooring over time.
Bryan also isn't impressed with white subway tile, or the most basic kinds of granite or quartz countertops which are also common in modern flipped kitchens.
Most of them come with a dishwasher, but the dishwasher isn't operational. Now, it becomes the new homeowner's responsibility to hire someone to install it upon buying the place. It's an added expense, and if you don't get a professional to install it properly, it can cost you even more down the line. Yikes!
A lot of flipped houses have these cheaply made ones that he can spot right away. I don't know about you, but that wouldn't impress me at all if I wanted to buy a new house.
Many of them say that he's totally bang-on when he points out all these little "red flags."

So then you might need to open the oven. Oh, wait — or maybe it's the dishwasher. Ah, heck, let's just try opening all of them.
This particular video got over 15,000 views. Apparently, it, too, struck a chord with most folks. Some pointed out the shoddy construction and how that happens when you hire the wrong people for the job.
I bet you would laugh, too, if it didn't happen to you. I can't imagine how annoying that would be to have to deal with it every day. Am I right?
Wow, honestly, I wouldn't have bought a place that came with shoddy construction like this, but maybe that's just me. After all, if you're spending so much money, it should at least be done right, no?
I don't know. If I were spending that much money, I would at least want something of better quality. No?
