Sometimes, some women take a bit longer to feel good about their bodies after giving birth to babies. Many of them feel like society pressures them to "bounce back" after having a kid.

As it turns out, studies show over a quarter of moms still hold onto an extra 10 pounds for 2 to 3 years after giving birth.

However, some new moms are finding "tricks" to hide that post-baby belly.

One TikTok user shared a video recreating a hack she had seen online that uses cardboard to hide a post-baby tummy.

All you need to do is cut out a square from cardboard.

The TikTok user said she found it on YouTube and saw that the girl put it "right over" her belly, so she tried it for herself.

You put the cardboard right into your jeans.

Apparently, the hack is to insert the cardboard right into your jeans and then put your shirt over it, so it hides the cardboard entirely.

And, the TikTok user was shocked that it worked.

Judging by her face, she was shocked that it worked at all. And, she celebrated the ability to hide her post-baby body.

Some people online said this will never work.

Many TikTok users commented that she can definitely not sit down with her cardboard belly. Also, a lot of them said they would never be able to get that back in if they were out and had to use the bathroom.

Others tried, but failed.

One TikTok user said they tried it, but totally failed because they looked like Spongebob Squarepants.

Others joked around saying it'll save some money!

Some people said they can save money on their gym membership and Spanx by using cardboard instead.

A lot of people on TikTok were also upset that people were body shaming.

Some commented that this is "toxic" and is a form of body shaming. Many suggested to start "loving" your body instead of trying to hide it.

Many said "don't do this."

Some people said that at a certain age, having a little belly is normal. And, everyone should just love their bodies.

Others said no one should go "this extreme."

Another TikTok user said no one should go THIS extreme to hide a totally normal part of the body, especially after giving birth!
