Cameron Boyce's Father Breaks Silence With Touching Tweet After His Son's Death

He starred on the show Jessie from 2011 until 2015, and has also played Carlos De Vil in the Descendants films. He'd made many appearances on shows like Liv and Maddie, Good Luck Charlie, and Shake It Up.

Cameron played Keithie Feder, one of Adam Sandler's children, in these movies, where he was praised for his comedic skills.

"It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we report that this morning we lost Cameron," a spokesperson for the family told CNN. "He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated."

"But his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him. We are utterly heartbroken and ask for privacy during this immensely difficult time as we grieve the loss of our precious son and brother," read the statement.

Adam Sandler, who played Cameron's father in the Grown Ups films, shared this photo of Cameron with the caption, "Too young. Too sweet. Too funny. Just the nicest, most talented, and most decent kid around. Loved that kid. Cared so much about his family. Cared so much about the world."

"Thank you, Cameron, for all you gave to us. So much more was on the way. All our hearts are broken. Thinking of your amazing family and sending our deepest condolences," Sandler's statement ended.

The video was taken during Cameron's acceptance speech at the 2018 Thirst Gala for the Pioneering Spirit Award. In the clip, Cameron says, "It’s crazy, we can tweet whenever we want and we can use social media and Instagram and make the world a better place."

"We need to use what we have and make the world a better place for other people, other people, people who need us," Cameron's speech concluded.

Skai shared a series of photographs of her and Cameron, with the caption, "I don’t even know where to start... I am at a loss for words. I never thought in a million years I would be writing this. Cam, you were one of a kind. My heart will be forever broken."

Peyton's message continued, "My kids will hear about you with every lesson and your legacy will live on. Too much talent and love to go so soon."

Zendaya worked with Cameron on Shake It Up. She sent love to Cameron's family through a sweet and simple tweet.

Charles referred to Cameron as one of the kindest people he'd ever met, a sentiment echoed by many of Cameron's friends and family.

Stoner's sweet message highlighted once again Cameron's warmth and star power, and made sure to leave a message of support for Cameron's parents and sister.

His tweet read, "I'm overwhelmed with the love and support our family has received. It really doe help to ease the pain of this nightmare I can't wake up from. I can't thank you guys enough."

He frequently shared photos of his family on his social media, like this touching shot of a FaceTime call between his parents and himself.

He had captioned the artwork, "One of my favorite pieces ever. Happy birthday to my literal other half. Love you Dad."

Cameron appeared as a dancer in the music video for Hozier's song 'Almost' back in April, and shared this photograph of their time together on set.

Esten shared that Cameron had attended elementary school with his children, and that he was always kind, humble, graceful, and had a fantastic sense of humor.

Esten shared that the cast was as close as real siblings would be, and still are, and that they were in his thoughts during this time.

Esten shared his sympathies with Cameron's family as they go through this incredibly difficult time.
