I don't know about you, but when I think about the possibility of my parents watching media with sex scenes in it, I would prefer not to hear their criticisms or thoughts about those sex scenes. But maybe that's just me, since Seth Rogen was only too happy to share exactly what his mom Sandy thought of Netflix's Bridgerton.
Twitter Is Loving Seth Rogan's Mom's NSFW Review Of 'Bridgerton'
*Bridgerton* has been on everyone's minds since the show was released on Netflix earlier this year.
Sure, it's mostly because a period-piece Gossip Girl style show with an excellent cast and fun drama is automatically going to be popular, but it's also a little bit because of the quantity and quality of steamy love scenes between the show's leads.
Seth Rogen shared a very important review of these scenes — from his mom.
"So on bridgerton they always seem to have their orgasms exactly at the same time , or at least that’s what it looks like to this old lady..." she tweeted, which Seth was only too happy to share to his own page.
Her review was definitely well-received.
Show star Nicola Coughlan responded to the tweet, claiming, "their timing is impeccable," and she wasn't the only person who had a joke to make about Sandy's observation, since Twitter at large was loving Seth sharing his mom's opinion so proudly.
We love Seth and Sandy's relationship!
We also think that Sandy's joke maybe requires another viewing of Bridgerton to see if she's actually made a good point! I'm sure there won't be a shortage of volunteers for that job!
