Quotes For When You're Not Exactly Living Life In The Fast Lane Anymore

You know what's kind of embarrassing to admit? Even before the entire world shut down last year, I was pretty much already spending 90% of my time in my own house. So really, my routine hasn't changed that much at all.

I thought I would resent myself for becoming this boring, ho-hum kind of an adult but honestly, I love it. I love going to bed at 10 PM every night, and I love spending my weekend perusing grocery store flyers and puttering around the house. I thrive on this kind of lifestyle.

If you're also the sort of person who's out here living life in the slow lane, I think you're really going to appreciate these tweets.

Comfort is my only priority.

I'm not even ashamed to admit that when I go anywhere, I'm almost always in leggings or track pants. Sure, I'll dress up if the situation requires it. But if the dress code is a bit more loosey-goosey, you can guarantee I'll be there looking all kinds of comfy.

Also, while I'm in the kitchen, I'm just going to go ahead and put these plates in the dishwasher and maybe even wash this pan that looks like it's been soaking for awhile.

Walmart was really bumping tonight.

Now that I have a pet, I even consider taking my puppy for a walk at night as "going out" because... I mean, technically I went out, right? I feel like the only requirement for that to be true is that I physically left my house. And I definitely did.

Now back to the couch for some more Netflix and Doritos!
