As you most likely know by now, Bindi Irwin recently gave birth to her first child, a daughter, last week. It was understandably so exciting for the entire family, and now, mom Terri is having a lil too much fun with their new granddaughter, and getting into the spirit of April Fool's Day!
I swear, if any other family did half the stuff they do it would make the roll my eyes, but there is something so unbelievably wholesome and endearing about this family!
It feels like it was just yesterday that we were watching a young Bindi star alongside her father, Steve Irwin, in a series of wildlife TV shows and specials.
"March 25th 2020. We held a small ceremony and I married my best friend," the 22-year-old wrote at the time.
"Mum helped me get ready, Robert walked me down the aisle, Chandler became my husband and together we lit a candle in Dad’s memory. We shared tears and smiles and love."
Taking to Instagram, Bindi wrote: "March 25, 2021. Celebrating the two loves of my life. Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter."
Bindi then went on to explain her baby's significant and meaningful name.
"Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s. Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior."
"Our perfect Grace Warrior is one week old. This week has been filled with sweet snuggles and infinite love," Bindi captioned the sweet pics.
Now, Bindi's mom Terri is posting a photo of her granddaughter's first week, however, her post looks a little bit different.
I think it's safe to say the cuteness absolutely wins April Fools' Day 2021.
