Being a new mom is a lot of work. Not only are women recovering from the painful process of giving birth, but they are also caring for a newborn baby, as well. It's no secret that new moms are opting for comfort when they're at home with their new babies.

However, it seems that some husbands are not happy with this.

Apparently, there are some husbands in the world who are unhappy when their wives, who are new mothers, dress in comfortable, or looser, clothing.

"Since she gave birth back in February, the way she dresses is completely different.

At first I thought she was just trying to be comfortable post-birth, but now that almost seven months have passed it seems like this change is permanent," the husband wrote.

While he claims he thinks she's sexy, she "doesn't dress sexy anymore."

"Most of her outfits are looser. Think lots of sweatshirts, sweatpants, and tent dresses. Plus they cover a lot more whereas in the past she loved to tease me to get a reaction.

The same is true for her underwear. Bras and panties that aren't that nice compared to what she previously wore," he continued.

He claims to miss how things were before their daughter.

"I don't think my wife has to always dress sexy for me. That would be unreasonable. However, it would be nice at least a few times a week if she tried to dress up more and like she did before we had our daughter," he added.

When he brought this up to his wife, she was angry and offended.

"As much as I tried to clarify that I find her attractive but want her to dress like she used to dress, she took it as me saying I am not attracted to her anymore. She also said that how she dresses is non of my business and if I can't be supportive not to say anything at all," he said.

"She brought your child into the world, and you’re not turned on by her clothes? She should dress in whatever she feels comfortable in, and if that is granny panties, then you need to suck it up and accept that," one person wrote.

Some pointed out that she's probably breastfeeding, too.

"Not to mention that you have to consider boob accessibility for every damn shirt/ dress you buy.

And then there’s the fact that you have to choose between nursing bras that make your boobs look like shapeless lumps or nursing bras that pinch and make you more prone to getting a clogged milk duct or mastitis," one said.

Others pointed out that if they're home, who cares?

"Let her wear what she wants. If you're at home most of the time (like you should be) then there's no need to dress nicely. Especially as you have a 7-month-old kid. I can imagine her (and you as well) are exhausted taking care of the baby. She likely can't work up the effort to dress up nicely, and shouldn't have to," they said.

What do you think? Was this husband way out of line?
