As fans may recall, Jennifer Lopez and Alexander Rodriguez have officially called it quits, as per Page Six. The couple shared a heartfelt message with the Today show last Thursday.
Now, A.Rod is raising eyebrows after posting a video montage for his daughter Ella's thirteenth birthday that included his ex-fiancé, Jennifer Lopez.
Yikes, right?
"We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and each other’s children," the statement continued.
"Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support."
Now, many fans think Alexander crossed the line by adding pictures of Jennifer Lopez in the video montage he posted for Ella's 13th birthday.
"Am I the only one to think it's weird he included several (very sweet) pics with Jennifer here when he effed up the girl's chance to have her as a stepmom?" asked one fan.
"yeah. Especially now when it's the main news that they broke up, that he cheated etc. I understand she was part of his and his daughter's life for a long time but still, too weird to add her here," echoed another.
However, some fans were defending the former professional athlete's decision to include Ms. Lopez.
"The women was in the kids life for 4 years! Like seriously...you guys are stretching! She has a good relationship with his daughter! Big whoop!" argued one user.
