A TikTok video that has now gone viral shows you how you can turn a tank top into a skirt. Um, what? Where is this sorcery coming from? Let's find out.

A TikToker going by the handle @kalechng is showing us all how to do this trick.

And I have to say it's pretty genius. There are only three easy steps to it so it's really not that complicated. Phew! What a relief.

First, you need to flip the tank top backward so that the front is facing you.

Then, you just crisscross the straps. Nest, you're going to step into the tank as if you were putting on a skirt. And... that's all, folks!

To see how it's done in action just check out the TikTok video.

It's pretty self-explanatory once you see it. Can you believe this trick? All I can say is: Why haven't I thought of this? Ha, ha! My video could have gone viral!

Needless to say, once other girls saw this cool idea, they got very excited about it.

Many of them were as pleasantly surprised by it as I was. And they gave all the praise to the girl who 'invented' this trick.

Some even started posting their own videos of their stylish creations.

As you can see, this trick can work with any tank top straps, even if you have one with those thin ones. You can still pull this off. Wow!

Oh my goodness, can you believe this hack?

Where was this when I was looking for party outfits? I suppose I should stock up on different versions of tank tops in case I want to be creative. Do you think this is a good idea or not?
