Alyssa Milano Gives Scathing Response To Trolls Saying She's 'Washed Up'

Being a celebrity isn't as simple as 1,2,3 — OKAY? There's a lot of stress that comes with being famous. Unless you're an A-list-level celebrity like Meryl Streep or George Clooney, you risk being referred to as a "has-been" or worse, "washed up."

Now, Alyssa Milano is clapping back at trolls who had the audacity to refer to her as such.

Alyssa Milano is one of the most recognizable names in Hollywood.

Known best for her work in Who's The Boss?, Melrose Place, Charmed and My Name is Earl, Alyssa's career has spread over more than thirty iconic years.

There are many words to describe Ms. Milano, but I'd never use the term "washed up" — it's just rude!

However, some people felt it was appropriate to insult the 48-year-old on Twitter. Unsurprisingly, Alyssa was having absolutely none of it.

In a scathing video she shared on her TikTok, the actress and activist began by reading a tweet that said, "sad how a washed up actress is still trying to be important."

"See these? I get a lot of those. Usually it comes from people who identify as a different political party than I do," she responded.

"You see, I identify with a political party who believes in equality and equity and opportunity for everyone," she continued.

"And also the party who fights for the most vulnerable and the marginalized communities."

As fans know, Alyssa has been a very vocal supporter of the democratic party.

"But beyond just that, just because you say something to be hurtful doesn’t make it true. I have consistently worked since I was 7 years old," she added.

"And you can just [expletive] off now and move along.”

You tell 'em, Alyssa!
