While Khloé always denies the rumors, her latest commercial has fans scratching their heads.
The 36-year-old has been called out repeatedly for heavily editing her photos and contributing to the problem of unrealistic body standards for women on social media.
Now, Khloe is getting called out for the amount of surgery she's had done after fans saw her recent commercial with the migraine medication, Nurtec.
"Does research indicate that the more plastic surgery someone has the more likely they are to suffer from migraines?" they began.
"What kind of pharmaceutical company chooses someone who has had so much plastic surgery they look like an alien, as their spokesperson?"
"sorry you feel that way. You have every right to block/mute me. I am trying to help many out there who suffer in silence. I R [sic] completely entitled to your opinions. Just as I am mine," she replied.
