Upcycle An Old Juice Bottle Into A Chic Vase With Just A Few Easy Steps

I'm always in such awe of people who can turn ordinary objects into something extraordinary. Honestly, I used to be crafty as a child but as an adult, not so much.

So, I usually spend my time admiring other people's hard work. This time is no different. This lady turned an old juice container into a stunning vase, and you've got to see it.

I don't know about you, but I can never have enough flower vases.

That's right. You pretty much need a different vase depending on whether you have big or small flowers. And then, it has to match your room decor too, ha, ha!

So, what if I told you that you could quickly turn an old juice bottle into the cutest little vase?

If you don't believe me, check this out. A lady posted a simple tutorial on TikTok, and I'm already obsessed with it.

Okay, here we go.

You can use an old plastic Tropicana juice bottle. Cut off the top of it to create an opening. Then grab some chalk stain and paint it all over it. This process will give you a base color.

Isn't that so cool?

I would never have thought of using chalk-style paint. It makes perfect sense, no? Anyway, let's continue, shall we? Now all you need to do is to use wood stain to create a wood-like texture.

Voilà! this is what it looks like once it's finished.

Don't you love it? I honestly would never know this was once a plastic Tropicana juice bottle. It totally looks like real wood, right? I can't get over it. It's super cool.

Imagine if you could make a few of these vases to match your house decor?

I think it looks so good alongside some candles and cosmetics. What about putting it on a mantle with some pictures? I think that's a great idea, too.

As it turns out, a lot of folks love this simple DIY.

They are freaking out over it. Many of them said that they can't wait to try making something like this themselves. Can you blame them? It's so fun, after all.

I'm totally with this lady on this one.

I adore sunflowers, so I would definitely try to add some to this cute vase. It would look so good with actual sunflowers in it. What do you think of this idea?

Are you digging this cool DIY vase as much as I do?

I'm going to have to stock up on some Tropicana juice for this very purpose, hee-hee. And then I need to run to the paint store for some chalk paint and wood stain.
