Gordon Ramsay Covers Couple's Wedding Bill After Being Accused Of Ruining Their Wedding Day

Gordon Ramsay is in quite a pickle.

The famed chef has been accused of ruining a couple's wedding.

He was filming his upcoming TV series Future Food Stars in England at the same time the couple had their beachside nuptials.

But instead of freaking out like he's known for on TV, he generously footed the couple's wedding bill.

Gordon Ramsay is one of the most famous chefs in the world.

Partially because he is great at his job, but also because of his temper.

The chef has gone viral for years now for some of his outbursts with professional cooks or those who are trying to make it into the world of cooking.

That being said, he isn't a bad man at all!

He does a lot of good, and just expects a lot from other chefs.

He also has his own show, which apparently got in the way of a wedding recently.

Bride and groom Laura and Charlie Willis, told *The Sun* that Gordon "gatecrashed" their dream wedding.

They paid £1,300 ($2,225) for a ceremony and gourmet food for six at Lusty Glaze beach last month.

“The whole thing was a complete kitchen nightmare," Charlie said.

"We had both worked so hard to save for that day and we felt like extras on a gameshow," they continued.

They also said that filming ruined their pictures and that their food was “cheap and nasty," as Ramsay took over the kitchen for his show.

Since these accusations came to light, Ramsay and his team have been doing everything they can to make things right.

The pair received a formal apology from Sharon Powers, Ramsay’s producer at Studio Ramsay.

It said: "Dear Mr and Mrs Willis, I am writing to apologise for the upset our filming caused you on your wedding day at Lusty Glaze beach."

They went on to write:

"I am mortified that we affected your special day and I can assure you that it was never our intention to upset you or your guests."

Gordan also generously covered the couple's wedding bill of around $2,225.

“As you are aware, we have now paid for your wedding in full, which I hope goes some way towards making amends and acknowledging how sorry I am that your special day was affected, albeit unintentionally, by us."

“I do hope you can accept my apologies and I wish you well for the future.” they finshed.

If you ask me, that's a pretty nice letter, and very generous of him.

But the drama, unfortunately (or fortunately if you like drama) does not end there.

Even so, the couple is still unhappy.

I can only imagine it's a very delicate situation on all ends.

A rep for Gordon told Daily Mail: "it’s a real shame this couple are still complaining."

"Their bill was generously covered."

"They happily chatted with Gordon on the day, they didn’t have exclusive use of the beach and all the other beachgoers had a really great time joining in on- & off-camera," the statement read.

Now, we want to hear from you.

What do you think about this situation? Do you think Ramsay made things right by paying for it?
