While the behavior that defines the "Karen" archetype is nothing new, a rise of retail tantrums within the last two years has all but made it a household name.
That's become pretty bad news for women who happen to be named Karen, but this trend has shed a little light on what kind of customers service employees have to deal with day in and day out.
And it seems that the members of one community are starting to get as tired of Karens as their unfortunate targets are. And they are not shy about showing it.
