Waitress Claims She Was Told To Put 'Ugly' People In Back Of Restaurant

As much as we wish looks didn't matter, they do.

Research even says so. Studies have found that a person's physical appearance impacts their life experiences and opportunities.

It may also impact where they're seated in a restaurant, according to one waitress on TikTok!

Sis is sharing allllll of the tea. Unfortunately, some people might not like what she has to say...

This shocking information was shared by influencer and actress Brooke Schofield.

In the past, she has gone viral for rating the celebrities she met while working at a New York restaurant.

In her first video, she rated Hailey and Justin Bieber, Kylie Jenner, and Leonardo DiCaprio on a scale from one to 10.

"Contrary to popular belief, she does tip well," she said of Kylie Jenner.

She gave the star a 20/10. She also came to the defense of Hailey Bieber, who has been accused of being rude to waitstaff.

She said that Hailey was “really sweet" and gave her a perfect 10/10.

In another viral video, she shared a jaw-dropping secret about her former waitressing job in Los Angeles.

Her video, which has been viewed more than 1.4 million times, began with a text overlay that read, “When my boss at my restaurant job told me I had to seat ‘ugly’ people in the back."

In the background, an edited recording of Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World" plays, ending with the phrase, “What the [expletive]?”

What the [expletive], indeed.

"LA is such an interesting place," Brooke captioned the video. Right away, she had a mixture of responses from TikTok users.

"I am not emotionally stable enough to receive this news," one girl wrote. SAME, GIRL, SAME.

Anyone else trying to remember all the places in a restaurant hostesses have sat you?

"Oh-no wonder I'm always sat in the back," another wrote, their comment gaining 15k likes.

Brooke's video had people stressing.

"Instantly scanning every restaurant memory to see if I was a "back" person," this person commented.

Some, however, knew where they stood. "I would been seated in the storage room," one girl joked.

One user even remembered when Brooke sat her and her boyfriend.

"Girl you sat me and my bf in the back 2020 valentine's day rip," the girl wrote, with an exasperated emoji.

One guy even shared the time he was seated in the BASEMENT. No, really.

"Y'all one time I brought my family into a nice restaurant and they sat us in the basement - only ones in the basement lol."

In case you're wondering, the restaurant with this horrid policy is in Los Angeles.

This fact got several disapproving comments from people. "LA is starting to sound like a public high school," one commented.

"I've been seeing so many TikToks about the toxicity of LA. Y'all ok out there?" another added.

One user made sure to clear this up by explaining that this "looks policy" is likely only enforced at restaurants known to be frequented by influencers.

“To anyone who is now scared to visit Los Angeles, y’all need to remember influencers live in their one little world in LA and do no experience what locals do,” the commenter wrote.

“Sure if you go to the basic influencer places this is true but this isn’t what LA is actually like. Influencers just love to complain for real.”

Catch LA, for instance, was named. "Tried sitting my whole family in the back with the rest of minorities and misfits even though we wanted patio," one girl wrote.

Another girl experienced something tragically similar at IHOP.

"I noticed our local IHOP always seats minorities on one side. Glad to know it wasn't all in my head," she wrote.

If this is true, that's sad and completely unacceptable. Justice for all the people in the back!
