I don't know about you, but I dread cleaning the house. It's one of those tasks that can easily get overwhelming, but there is something you can do to ensure that your home stays clean.

As it turns out, it's all about time management, and this one mom came up with a helpful schedule we can all use. Check it out.

Let me ask you something:

Are you one of those people who waits until the house is a total mess before you clean it up? If you are, then I really feel for you. There's a better way to handle that.

A TikTok user called Organized Chaos is a mom on a mission.

She created a list of tasks she absolutely has to get done every day. In order to do so, she puts everything out of her mind to get it accomplished.

Here's her daily six that she tackles each day.

Are you ready? Okay, here we go — make the beds, wash the dishes, scrub the sink, wipe the counters, vacuum the house, and do one load of laundry. Voilà! That's it.

That's not so hard?

Am I right? This lady stresses that you can adjust your daily six to your lifestyle. So, pick the items you think are the most important and do them every day. This helps run her household, but you do what works for you.

Then, this busy mom of two also has her 10 weekly tasks.

Those include wiping out the fridge and microwave, tidying her pantry, mopping the floors, and cleaning the bathrooms.

And then she also cleans the sink drains, dusts furniture, washes bedding, tidies her car and cleans her pets’ bowls.

Separating her daily and weekly tasks helps her tackle those more time-consuming items on the weekend.

Now, this isn't all. I wish, ha, ha! This lady also suggests making a list of monthly and quarterly tasks. It's all about time-management, people.

Some of her monthly jobs include deep cleaning appliances and vacuuming the cars.

While quarterly chores include cleaning windows and washing skirting boards. As long as you can fit those somewhere in your schedule, you're good to go. And your house will never be an overwhelming disaster.

This busy mom wanted to show other people that they, too, can do it.

And I have to say many of them really appreciated the idea of breaking up their tasks into daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly chores like this.

So, what do you think of this '6/10' cleaning schedule?

Would an idea like this work in your household? Are you already doing something like this, or are you just flying by the seat of your pants? Ha, ha! Well, if you are, I highly suggest you try this. It can't hurt. Am I right?
