During the Covid-19 pandemic, many people lost their jobs and turned to services that allowed them to retain employment, like Uber and Door Dash.

Delivering food may not be something that everyone wants to do, but some people do it with a lot of pride and go above and beyond to provide excellent service to the people that they are serving.

Many apps and third-party companies work with restaurants in order to have food delivered to people all over the country.

With so many people staying home during the pandemic, this kind of service has been of even more use.

One TikTok user shared a touching story about her own Uber Eats driver that is now going viral.

Tracey Ramirez shared a video of her Uber Eats driver who went above and beyond when he delivered food to her and her boyfriend. Caught on her door camera, she showcased that he made a whole presentation with his delivery.

But, he also added some surprises.

Aside from their food order, the Uber Eats driver also dropped off a goodie bag and a personalized note for Tracey with her food. And, when she got her food, she was totally taken back and surprised.

The driver had included masks and candy.

The goodie bag included some face masks to stay safe and also some candy, along with their food order. And, the driver also added a personalized, hand-written card for Tracey and her boyfriend, as well.

Their favorite part was the poem he included, as well.

The driver also included a poem, "Footprints in the Sand," a famous poem, that is both moving and kind. Tracey was so touched by the extra efforts, she wanted to update her tip and also thank the driver personally.

When she called Uber Eats, they weren't of much help.

People commented on the video saying it should be "easy" to find the driver, as Uber Eats has records of orders and deliveries. But, when she called, they were unable to update the tip or find the driver/contact him for Tracey.

But, eventually, she found him!

Eventually, Tracey was able to use TikTok and the power of social media to find Donald, the Uber Eats driver, and contact him. The video of his delivery had gone viral on Tracey's TikTok and he was so surprised when she told him.

The video had over 800,000 views at the time.

At the time, the video of his delivery had over 800,000 views on TikTok. Now, it has over 1.6 million people and Donald has a ton of fans on social media. Tracey decided to set up a GoFundMe for Donald.

Many wondered how Tracey was able to locate the driver.

She ended up calling the restaurant that she and her boyfriend had ordered from and asked if they had "regular drivers" who pick up from their location. As it turns out, the driver did regularly pick up from there.

The GoFundMe set up has raised a ton of money for this kind soul.

Tracey's GoFundMe has so far raised around $3,600 from people all over the Internet. Many said the story was "heartwarming" and gave them some hope during this hard and trying time in the world. And, many wanted Donald to feel "the same goodness" he helps others feel.

In the end, Tracey thanked everyone who helped make this video and story go viral.

Tracey shared she did not expect this video to ever take off or for the story to ever go viral, but she is so glad that it did, sharing all of the things that have happened to her and to Donald, too.

This is truly a wonderful story.
