Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly Announce Their Engagement With A Blood Union

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are engaged! Of course, they didn't just post a smiling photo and make the big announcement, there had to be a level of weird to it that only they can create, and sure enough — they did!

The pair announced the news on Wednesday night and explained that they sealed their union by drinking each other's blood...

Let's get into this, shall we?

Megan Fox has been undoubtedly living her best life these days with soon-to-be hubby Machine Gun Kelly.

As fans may recall, the Transformers actress was married to Brian Austin Green for 11 years, and the pair share three children together.

The pair announced their separation in May 2020 after already being split for some time.

In June 2020, MGK and Megan went public with their relationship, and since then haven't really stopped going public about it.

While filming the movie Midnight in the Switchgrass together, the pair formed an immediate bond months before going public.

"Our trailers were next to each other so I just waited outside on my trailer steps every day I worked just to catch one glimpse of eye contact," the rapper said in a joint episode of the Give Them Lala…With Randall podcast.

"She has the most gorgeous eyes I've ever seen," he gushed, as per E! News.

"The second that I was in a room with him and said hello to him and looked into his eyes, I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame," Megan continued.

"We're actually two halves of the same soul I think. I said that to him almost immediately. I felt it right away."

As the interview continued, it was clear to see this pair was super intense right from the start.

Megan went on to recall when she invited Machine Gun Kelly into her trailer for lunch where she asked him "900,000" questions.

"I went deep right away," she admitted.

It was clear to everyone, including their social media followers, that this pair had special bond.

Now, after a year and a half of dating, the pair are making it official!

Sharing a series of videos on her Instagram, the 35-year-old actress shared the exciting news on Wednesday night.

"In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time," she began.

"Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma."

"Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him."

"And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes."

She concluded: "…and then we drank each other’s blood."

Oh, you two crazy kids!

The rapper shared a video of Megan's ring with his own heartfelt caption.

"'yes, in this life and every life' —beneath the same branches we fell in love under, i brought her back to ask her to marry me."

Machine Gun Kelly went on to explain the meaning behind her eclectic and unique ring.

"i know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love."

Good for you guys, and congrats!
