'The Santa Clause' Sequel Series Starring Tim Allen Is Coming To Disney+

If you're like me, your post-Christmas blues have set in. The winter and spring, or as I like to call it, my off-season just has me waiting for summer.

After summer, I'm ready for Christmas. As a lover of this magical holiday, January is the worst. However, I have some news to really brighten your day and it involves the reboot we didn't know we needed!

"The Santa Clause" trilogy is incredibly important to millions of fans.

Well, the first two are for sure really important — I could personally take or leave the third film, but that's beside the point!

It wouldn't be Christmas without seeing Tim Allen be the ultimate Santa Claus.

The last "Santa Clause" film came out in 2006, meaning it's been 15 YEARS since we've seen what the Scott family is up to.

Well, it looks like fans are getting the reboot they didn't know they needed with the newly announced The Santa Clause TV show coming to Disney+ next Christmas!

As reported by Deadline, the show will follow Scott Calvin as he approaches his 65th birthday and realizes he can't be Santa forever.

Scott has a family that could benefit from his presence at home, so he's on a mission to find the perfect replacement.

How amazing does that sound? Production is set to start in March, and I can't wait to see what this amazing team has in store!
