Tess Holliday is hitting back at body-shamers, once again.
The 36-year-old model took to Instagram to share a video recounting how she clapped back at a woman who criticized her figure and suggested she lose weight while she was waiting in a doctor's office.

The 36-year-old model shared a video to her Instagram on Thursday, detailing an unfortunate interaction she had with a random woman while she was waiting in a doctor's office.
"She says, 'You are so pretty. You have a beautiful face and you have beautiful hair.' And I mean, I look like this, and my face is covered, but I'm like, 'Oh, thank you!'" Holliday said.
Tess explained that the woman asked her why she wouldn't want to lose weight.
"She then proceeded to tell me, 'Why don't you just lose a little bit of weight?'" she said.
She admitted that normally, her instinct would have been to say something polite and agreeable to save face.
"I'm usually like, 'Well you know I work out,' [or] whatever," she added..
"I looked at her, took a breath and I said, and I still can't believe I said this — look at me smiling, I'm so proud of myself," she said..
"I looked at her and I said, 'Ma'am, I am one of the most famous plus-size models in the world; I think I'm doing okay,'" she recalled..
"Then she goes: 'You know, I just stop eating when I'm not hungry anymore," she shared..
And after that mic-dropper of a comeback, the nurse's timing could not have been any better.
"I just said., 'Bodies are weird.' And then I looked at my phone."
