He got an eight-foot I-beam and buried it about four feet down. The next time a familiar car hit it, the car got wrapped around it so that the mailbox/pole was sticking out of the middle of his car.
One Redditor's roommate had a creative way of dealing with apartment neighbors who would throw crazy parties frequently.
He peed on a metal pizza pan and stuck it in the freezer. After the neighbor's next crazy party, he pulled the pan out and slid the frozen disc of pee under their door to melt on the carpet.
