Brazilian Marcos Jeeves (which is, unfortunately, not his real name. Imagine what a huge coincidence that would be!) looks almost exactly like Keanu, and when speaking to GQ, he revealed, "Yes, I am single, and looking like Keanu Reeves really helps me."

"But I always maintain a respect and do not use the fact of looking like him to take advantage of any situation, including my followers," he added, which is definitely a good thing.
The resemblance is pretty uncanny, and it helps Marcos with more than just the ladies.
