'Sister Wives' Fans Are Thrilled Janelle's Son Bought A House After Kody Tried To Kick Him Out

This season of TLC's hit show Sister Wives may be the most divisive yet. While fans have always gotten a candid look inside this plural family, I think it's safe to say there has never been such a dramatic fan reaction in the show's 11 years.

Now, fans are rallying around Kody Brown's second wife Janelle's son after he was able to move out of his mom's house amidst a feud with Kody.

When I tell you I am consumed with "Sister Wives" content these days, I mean it. To be fair, I'm far from the only person who feels this way!

I cannot wait until Sunday nights when I get to see this plural family hash out their messy family drama on my TV, and of course, to scroll through Twitter while I'm watching.

Especially considering the fact that we are in the midst of a pandemic (still), all I can be bothered to do is watch TV.

And COVID is even affecting drama on-screen, both in fiction and in reality!

COVID was loosely at play when it came to the recent drama surrounding the stars of Sister Wives.

Earlier this month, fans saw as patriarch Kody Brown told his wife Janelle she should kick out her adult sons.

It was a VERY dramatic time that fans kind of loved being part of (as a fan tends to be).

During a confessional the TLC star got very real.

"I tolerated a lot for a very long time until I realized that I was being lied to or deceived."

His frustration came from his strict COVID rules that his children were having a hard time following.

"And at that point, I sort of lost my patience with it, I'm like, you just need to make the boys move out."

"I'm on the verge of washing my hands of it. I'm gonna have Gabriel and Garrison move out of the house," he continued.

"You've got a good car, you go get a job, here's some cash. Bye."

In her own confessional, the Sister Wives star clapped back and defended her children.

Which, I mean, whether you agree or not, you can't blame her. I would have done the same thing if I was her.

She wrote:

"This is a different day and age. You don't just kick your kids out of the house at 18 and say, hope you do good I'm done. I'm tired."

And I have no choice but to applaud that.

However, it seems Janelle's son Garrison has removed himself from the equation as he's reportedly bought his own home.

The 23-year-old's new digs are located in Arizona, as reported by The Sun and fans couldn't be happier for this young man.

"I'm as proud of him as if he was mine, congrats Garrison!!" tweeted one fan.

"Congratulations Garrison! You have many things to be proud of," said another.

Needless to say, people were ALL UP in the comment section.

"That’s badass. Up yours Kody!! Great parenting Janelle!" tweeted a different fan.

I think it's safe to say we're all thrilled for Garrison and this exciting new life endeavor!
