Barack Obama Shares Touching Birthday Message To Michelle: 'You Are My Star'

On Friday, former President Barack Obama sent his wife Michelle a sweet message in celebration of her 56th birthday, and in true Barack style, included a collage of black and white snaps showing the loved-up couple kissing, hugging, and mugging for the camera.

Obama posted the heartfelt birthday wish and photo collage on both his Twitter and Instagram accounts.

"In every scene, you are my star," he wrote in the captions. "Happy birthday, baby!"

As of writing, the touching birthday wish has already received over 500,000 likes and has been retweeted more than 78,000 times.

The comments are filled with people expressing their love for the happy couple, as well as offering Michelle sweet birthday wishes of their own.

"Couple goals," this user tweeted, while another added, "Oh my God, so cute!"

"In the midst of a constant barrage of sordid revelations regarding the present president our forever President Obama comes thru with a simple message to brighten our day," this user wrote. "We miss you, Obamas."

This year's birthday wish continues Barack's streak of posting the cutest, most *awwww*-inspiring posts dedicated to his wife.

In 2019, the former POTUS shared a throw-back snap of the young couple and wrote, "I knew it way back then and I’m absolutely convinced of it today ― you’re one of a kind."

The year before that, he praised Michelle's “strength,” “grace” and “determination” and called her his "best friend" in an Instagram post.
